What’s the main goal of using DNA storage? Is it for some sort of compression or for robustness? Or it also helps with the computation.

Dr. Li thank you for presentation, in DNA sequencing. I saw AA was used to separate the sequence. There are 20 letters +4 letters reserved or used for DNA sequencing, but 'o' is not used in place of AA can we use 'o'? What would be it's implication?
